We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned to us within 14 days .
The items must be in a re-salable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise the return may not be accepted,
Please complete the reason for your return on the return slip provided and place it inside your parcel.
Once we have received your order a refund may take up to 21 days to complete,
this includes 14 days for us to receive your return and process it plus up to 7 days for the refund to go through
